Sierra Lakes Marketplace is located on the north west corner of Sierra Avenue and the 210 freeway. The retail center is host to businesses such as Lowes, Washington Mutual, Costco, Applebee's, and El Pollo Loco. Costco opened its doors for business on November 17, 2006 and has been a welcomed addition to the Community. The development is also part of the 2100-unit, master planned community of Sierra Lakes, which includes a 18-hole championship golf course. Median household income of the Sierra Lakes planned community is over $93,000.
