The Piazza Senior Apartments will be located on the east side of Juniper Avenue, approximately 400 feet south of Marigold Avenue, on 1.83 acres. The apartments will be a welcomed addition to the existing Dino Papavero Senior Center and will include sixty senior housing units affordable to very-low income senior citizens (with incomes at or below 50% of median income).

Ground breaking ceremony was held on October 28, 2009 with an anticipated twelve month construction period.
