Phase II of the Paseo Verde Apartments is currently in the planning approval process and is a continuation of the Paseo Verde Phase I living facility. It will consist of thirty-two (32), two bedroom, one and one half bathrooms units and fourteen (14) three bedroom, two and one half bathroom unit affordable apartments that are located at the northwest corner of Valley Boulevard and Juniper Avenue. The facility will include a community building that will offer its residents a media center, multi-purpose room, fitness area, and covered barbecue patio. Other amenities will include four (4) additional barbecue areas, two green open-space areas, a children’s play area, and communal pool.
