The Fontana Housing Authority acquired approximately 5.5 acres of land on the north side of Ceres Avenue, just east of the newly opened Ceres Court to be the site of a 60 unit affordable multi-family town-home style living community. It will consist of twelve (12) two bedroom units and forty-eight (48) three bedroom units. The facility will include a 3,620 square feet community building that will provide its residents a computer/media room, a multi-purpose room, and a tutoring/arts and crafts center. Amenities such as an outdoor pool and spa, three (3) laundry areas, a fireplace/barbeque gathering area, and three (3) children’s play areas will be provided throughout the facility.

Commencement of construction is anticipated for February, 2010.
