Sierra Hotel Group LLC has submitted plans for the construction of a four- story, 115-room Hilton Garden Inn Hotel with a 2,300 square foot conference center. The new hotel will be located on south-east corner of Sierra and Slover Avenues within the Empire Business Park and situated to be visible from the I-10 freeway. The Fontana Hilton Garden Inn will be able to capitalize on other new developments occurring within the Empire Center Business Park as well as the expansion of the Kaiser Permanente facilities. The entire four-acre development also includes one separate restaurant site. While no restaurants are committed to locate at the site yet, the Economic Development Center is actively recruiting high-quality restaurants.
