Highland Village Shops at the northeast corner of Sierra Avenue and South Highland Avenue is ARI’s third retail development in Southern California. Proposed is a 70-80,000 square foot convenience and life style center. The center will be part of the Walnut Village Specific Plan with a corner plaza and fountain in a Tuscan design theme. Highland Village Shops will include restaurants, retail, gas station and uses that will compliment the adjacent Auto Center. Opening is planned for 2009.
