The program is designed to honor current military personnel with a banner that will list his/her name and the branch of service. The banner will be proudly displayed on a thoroughfare within the City. Through the generosity and donations from local businesses, organizations and individuals, the banner is provided at no cost to the service member and his/her family. The banner will be displayed as long as the service member is on active duty.

They must currently be on active duty serving with any branch of the U.S. Military.

AND

Be a resident, family member or relative of a resident living in the City of Fontana.

OR

They are or were a resident of the City of Fontana
during their ages of 1 through 21 years old.

The application will be reviewed for accuracy and the information verified for final approval by the American Legion. The information will then be sent to the City for production.
